Big Feelings is a 9-week program designed to help your little one identify and explore their emotions.
During this interactive program, children will learn techniques such as meditation, mindfulness and heartfulness, which they (and you) will love!

Mindfulness
The development of mindfulness is a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, sensations and surrounding environment.

Meditation
The meditation technique we use is guided visualisation. This is a gentle but powerful technique that focuses and directs the imagination in positive ways.

Heartfulness
The intentional nurturing of positive mind states such as kindness and compassion - the things that make us feel warm and fuzzy inside!
All sessions meet areas of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
